He probably lives in Milliways, certainly he's had a room since he came in in the middle of November 2004 (associative bartime), but he's not seen very often. It's hard to say where he goes when he goes. Possibly he visits his mother's realm, the Threshold. He's not saying, and neither is hesheit.
